Here at Counter Culture Food + Ferments, we take pride in our food from the moment we plant the seed on our USDA Certified Organic farm, through its natural fermentation, until it hits your countertop. Our goal is to create tasty, nutrient-dense kimchi, sauerkraut, lacto-fermented pickles, tempeh, cornmeal, and other provisions using as close to 100% of the ingredients from our own certified organic farm. What we can’t or don’t yet grow ourselves, we source from other certified organic farms. (Note: as of March 2017, all our products are made from 85-100% on-farm produce!)
